Refund policy
Online Orders:
Returns:
Online orders are eligible for a return for 14 days beginning the day of delivery. Within these 14 days, the client may choose to ship the product(s) back to us and accept a refund in the form of payment in which they placed the order, or store credit in either an emailed or physical form. Shipping not included or refunded.
For products returned within the 14th - 30th day of delivery, clients may receive only store credit for their return.
Following the 30th day of delivery, items are no longer eligible for a return.
Items that are ineligible for a return (final sale) include:
- Special orders
- Personalized items
- Food of any kind
- Body care products
Eligible items must be Ives bought merchandise in a new, unused state. Returned or exchanged items must have tags at the time of the return in order to receive a full refund or store credit.
We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.

Online Exchanges:
We will process and exchange any Ives bought merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Gift Returns:
Gift returns will be processed in the form of store credit or exchange. A gift receipt does not need to be present at return, however, items must be in a new, unused state.
Damages:
If an item is defective or arrives damaged it can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Defective items may be returned for store credit or a full refund in the form of payment used to purchase the item.
Currently, we ship via UPS and USPS. We are not responsible for any items that go missing, accrue damages during transit, or are misplaced upon delivery.
Holiday Gift Returns/Exchanges:
During the Holidays, we will extend our return and exchange policy from November 1st - January 10th.
Items, in a new, unused state, purchased during this period of time are eligible for store credit, return, or exchange.
In-Store Return Policy:
In-store purchases are eligible for a return 14 days from the day of purchase.
In-store purchases returned between the 14th - 30th day of purchase are eligible for only store credit.
All in-store purchases are ineligible for return following the 30th day of purchase.
